The technology of modern frame construction allows you to build a house in the shortest possible time (maximum 6 weeks). Such a house outwardly does not differ from a house built using conventional technologies. In addition, it has the same performance and comfort level of indoor spaces.
According to the customer’s project, detailed drawings are developed at the plant, according to which parts of a light steel thin-walled structure (LSTK) are manufactured. All items are labeled and packaged panel by panel. The home kit is delivered to the customer. At the construction site, by the time the LSTC is received, the foundation and a place for its storage, assembly and manufacturing of metal structures for structures should be ready.
Fragments of walls, ceilings and partitions are assembled either on a specially prepared platform, on a foundation or simply on the ground. The entire assembly is carried out with heat-strengthened self-tapping bolts. The use of welding is excluded! Assembled modules are put into place manually.
Despite the claims of manufacturers that building a house from LSTC is within the power of everyone, as well as assembling a Lego constructor, it is better to involve specialists in the work. Installation of a frame structure has its own professional nuances. The most insignificant, it would seem, violations of technology can lead to serious problems.
