In Kherson, a rather difficult situation has developed with an unsold residential property located along Sovetskaya Street. The scandalous story continues to gain momentum, local residents call the Kherson facility and the whole situation the new “Elite Center”. At the beginning of November, it was planned to hold an auction in which it was planned to put up for sale protective structures used by the developer company for the foundation of another low-rise building. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that no sale of the object was initially mentioned. At the same time, the registration of participants was not carried out, and the meeting was simply disrupted. Thus, the auction was not destined to take place. It is rather difficult to judge the purpose for which this was done, and who exactly disrupted the auction. But it’s impossible not to notice the desire of certain forces to take possession of bomb shelters in order to eventually take possession of an object of unfinished construction.
Correspondents of our resource managed to find out that the protective structures were in the collateral property of Kreditprombank since 2007. In 2009, bank officials clearly understood that no construction was being carried out at this facility, and the loan was not repaid at all. After that, official representatives of the bank applied to the court regarding the collection of debt. In such a simple way, we managed to connect the executive service to all this red tape. It was she who was involved in the assessment of all collateral property, after which the object was put up for the appropriate auction. And as it was written above, the auction was not destined to take place, for reasons unknown to the bank.
But official experts pay attention to the fact that the estimated value of this unfinished construction object was estimated by specialists at only 0.5 million hryvnia, of course, such special weather funds cannot do for a banking structure at all, since such funds would not be enough even to cover the entire amount of debt. Therefore, it was not advisable for the representatives of the bank to disrupt the auction. A few days ago, permission was received to build an unfinished building along Sovetskaya Street. This permit was issued to an enterprise called “Unison-Plus”.
