State programs contributed to the construction of 41 residential buildings

In Ukraine, for the period of January-October of this year 2012, in accordance with state housing programs, more than 40 residential buildings were put into operation. In addition, about 286 decisions were made regarding the issue of granting loans on favorable terms, the total amount of which was about 94.5 million hryvnia. The report also draws attention to the fact that as of November 1 this year, about 640 contracts were drawn up in accordance with the program of affordable residential real estate, thus the state compensated 30 percent of the original cost of residential real estate. The state provided funding for this program in the amount of more than 83 million hryvnias. About UAH 230 million were attracted to the construction industry. Thanks to the new state program, more than half a thousand Ukrainian families living in the Kyiv region were able to significantly improve their living conditions. The state plans to continue to implement similar housing construction programs.
