Prosecutors in the Ternopil region decided to fully support the state prosecution in accordance with the criminal case that was initiated against one of the leaders of a local construction company, who, through fraudulent manipulation, seized the property of shareholders in the amount of 300 thousand hryvnias.
The specified head of the construction company, intending to get a working capital from working capital for subsequent economic activities, trivially hid from all equity holders all the data regarding his lack of licenses as such, permits for certain construction activities during the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings, material and technical base, as well as design and estimate documentation.
The head by his fraudulent actions caused damage to all more than 300 thousand hryvnias, without exception.
The Berezhany District Court decided to sentence the local developer to 7 years in prison and confiscate all his property. In addition, the head was deprived of the right to hold any positions related to administrative and power functions, and he was also deprived of the right to service inventory for a period of up to 3 years.
The court decided to withdraw from the convict himself material resources in the amount of about 300 thousand hryvnias, which will be sent to compensate for the material damage caused to the shareholders. On the territory of the region, this is the first such decision that was made in relation to the head of a construction company over the reporting period of the last few years, however, it is quite indicative.
